GIVE AS YOU EARN:- You can help by participating in a give as you earn scheme within your company. If you decide to give £10 a month, the Inland Revenue will also give 10% which means we will receive £11 - a donation which effectively costs you £7.80. If you pay tax at the higher rate, a donation of £10 will cost you only £6.00.
LIGHT UP A LIFE APPEAL:- If you have lost a colleague your Company or staff may wish to sponser a light on our Christmas Tree in memory of them.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:- We ensure that all our fundraising events have a high profile within Lanarkshire and therefore your company may wish to support us by sponsoring one of our annual events. Alternatively, you may wish to support us by sponsoring one of our annual events. Alternatively, you may wish to help by making a donation for Auction or Raffle.
CORPORATE ENTERTAINMENT:- Your company may wish to purchase a table for customer entertaining at one of our annual functions. This is an ideal opportunity for Lanarkshire companies to meet with other businesses and support Lanarkshire’s largest charity.

GENERAL COLLECTIONS:- By selling our Summer & Christmas emblems twice a year in your work place in June & December. By organising a fundraising event in the workplace. By donating your empty inkjet & toner cartridges.
LOTTERY PLAYING THROUGH PAYROLL
As an employee you can play the lottery via your payroll, Please read the information below and bring it to the attention of colleagues and employers to implement this at your work.
INFORMATION ON PAYROLL PLAYING
As an employer you are supporting your largest local charity. You can be assured that all profits from the Lottery will be used to allow the continuation and expansion of the vital services already available to those Lanarkshire families who require Palliative care and support. St. Andrew’s Hospice is Lanarkshire’s only Hospice and is open to all, without distinction of race, gender or creed. All services are provided free of charge to the patients. The lottery will provide the main plank of new funding over the next few years.
Playing through payroll
Playing the lottery, by having deductions taken off through payroll, couldn’t be easier. Both for you as the employer and your employees.
We allocate a unique identity number for your company. Each member joining, will be recorded individually with their home address. The total deduction is remitted to the Hospice Lottery account using the unique ID.
The employee is asked to sign a payroll authorising slip, authorising the employer to make payment deductions from their after tax salary. Actual amounts may be deducted to suit your payroll timeframe.
