St. Andrew's Hospice News

Each year, over 8000 pupils from Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools across the County take part in events in Strathclyde Park to raise funds for patient care.

St Andrew’s also receives many donations from Schools who organise their own events.

Our Hospice has to raise £39,000 each week to maintain services to some 120 patients and we estimate that Lanarkshire Schools pay for nearly 3 weeks care provision each year. The support from pupils, parents and staff is quite superb … A KNOCKOUT, IN FACT.
