Crochet Bunting Pattern
There are lots of patterns for crochet hearts on the internet, but we found this the easiest.

Please note: This pattern is written in US terminology
Using double knitting wool in colours of choice and a 5.5” hook
To commence:
Make 5 chain and join in 1st stitch with SS to circle
Row 1
3Ch, 2 DC in circle, 2Ch, 3DC, 2Ch, 3DC in centre, 2Ch, join with slip stitch to top of Ch3 at start.
Row 2
Slip Stitch to first 2Ch space, 3Ch, 2DC, 2Ch, 3DC in space, Ch1 *in next 2 chain space, 3DC, 2 Ch, 3DC, Ch1 repeat from * once. Slip stitch to top of Ch3 at start.
Row 3
Slip Stitch to first corner, 3Ch, 2DC, 2Ch, 3DC in corner, 1Ch, *3DC in next chain space, 1 Ch, 3DC, 2Ch, 3DC in corner, 1Ch, repeat from * one more time, 3DC next chain space, 1Ch, slip stitch to top of chain 3 at start.
Row 4
Slip stitch to 1st corner, 3Ch, 2DC, 2Ch, 3DC in corner, *1Ch, 3DC in the next two chain space, 1Ch, 3DC in next two chain space, 1Ch, 3DC, 2Ch, 3DC, next corner-* repeat one more time, 1Ch, 3DC in next chain space, 1Ch, 3 DC next chain space, 1Ch join with a slip stich to the top of first three chain at start.
To join bunting
10 Ch, slip stitch in first stitch to make loop, 7 Ch, work across top of first triangle in single crochet -every stitch and space, 7 Ch between triangles until 10 triangles added. 17 Ch, slip stich in 10th stitch to make another loop. Weave in ends to finish.
DC= double chain
