You may have seen BBC’s The Apprentice made famous by Lord Sugar and Baroness Brady. Now is your chance to show off your entrepreneurial edge by taking part in the St Andrew’s Hospice Capital Appeal ‘You’re Hired’ Challenge.
We are on the hunt for teams with entrepreneurial flair and drive to take part in this fundraising challenge. This competitive programme aims to encourage businesses to develop an idea that engages their employees, customers, supply chain and network to raise as much money as possible for our Capital Appeal.
How you achieve this is up to you and your employees – get them involved! Whether you choose to do small things often or hold one big event; the options are endless and the choice is yours.
All teams will be invited to present their strategy and project to our judges in ‘The Boardroom’ in late 2017. All teams will also be invited to attend the Celebratory Awards in early 2018.
The Capital Appeal Team can support you throughout the process and we will keep your enthusiasm on a high with our monthly newsletter Candidates’ Club where you can read about other teams and what they have been doing.

This is a chance to be part of the transformational change taking place at St Andrew’s Hospice and make an impact on specialist palliative care in Lanarkshire for generations to come.
The St Andrew’s Hospice Capital Appeal has raised £5million of a £9million target to refurbish and reconfigure the hospice building to provide increased privacy for our patients and their families. We will create 21 single-bedded rooms with private en-suites and 3 three-bedded communal rooms with toilet and shower facilities. The building works will commence shortly and we hope to move back into our newly refurbished building in Spring 2018. We need your help to ensure this happens!
