St Andrew’s Hospice is a registered charity providing specialist palliative care for patients with life-limiting conditions which require complex symptom management, and/or end-of-life care. We provide multidisciplinary support for patients, their families and carers. The service is provided completely free of charge for the adult population of North and South Lanarkshire and is open to all without distinction of race, gender or creed.

St Andrew’s Hospice has 12 shops across North and South Lanarkshire and we are seeking volunteer shop assistants to support us in reaching our fundraising targets.

As a Shop Assistant, you will work alongside the shop manager and fellow volunteers to sell a range of goods in the shop.  You will operate the till, welcome customers, accept and sort donations, promote gift aid and keep the shop clean and tidy to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for customers.

All we ask is that you are able to give a minimum of 3 hours per week for a minimum period of 6 months.
