In Memory Giving

We understand that the loss of a loved one is one of the hardest things anyone has to face and we would like to thank you for considering supporting St Andrew’s Hospice.

Each year, donations made in memory of loved ones help us fund the specialist palliative care of patients living in North and South Lanarkshire and provide support to their families at a time when they need us the most.

Organise a collection at a funeral

Many people prefer to ask friends and relatives to make a donation in lieu of flowers to support the work of St Andrew’s Hospice.  If you would like to donate to us or arrange for a collection:-

  • Please speak to your Funeral Director who can contact us to make the arrangements.

or

  • Alternatively, please contact Lorna McCafferty, Trust Fundraising Officer in our Fundraising Department on 01236 772087.

Celebration Giving

Celebration giving is the perfect alternative gift for any life celebration you may have – a special wedding anniversary, a special birthday or retirement.

Asking for donations instead of gifts is a lovely way for family and friends to mark your special occasion and support St Andrew’s Hospice.

We can provide collection buckets, banners and balloons for your special occasion.  Please contact our Fundraising Department on 01236 766951 to arrange this.

Light Up a Life Appeal

Every year at St Andrew’s Hospice, we remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones.  We run our Light Up a Life Appeal from October – December.  You can sponsor a light in memory or in honour of your loved one which will shine on a Christmas tree of your choice throughout Lanarkshire.

If you would like any further information regarding In Memory Giving, please contact Lorna McCafferty, Trust Fundraising Officer, on 01236 772087.
