St. Andrew’s Hospice has a unique relationship with the schools and educational establishments all across Lanarkshire; it is vital that these relationships are reciprocal.

Our highly trained and professional team deliver bespoke presentations to all ages to suit the learning needs of the students and can do this at full school assemblies or smaller classes.

We raise awareness of the work of the Hospice and promote health and wellbeing to pupils, parents and staff of Lanarkshire’s education establishments.

The Schools, Colleges and Communities team presents programmes in a multitude of settings which are relevant to the Curriculum for Excellence and can be tailored to suit the learning outcomes of different projects such as the Duke of Edinburgh Awards. The team can deliver workshops during school hours and out-of-school hours.
