Outpatient Services

Our Outpatient Services are available to adults living with a life-limiting illness in Lanarkshire.

In addition to our Outpatient clinics, we offer a range of drop in services for patients and/or carers which you can attend without a referral from a healthcare professional. To register your interest in any of our drop in services, please complete this short enquiry form.

If you are attending an Outpatient Clinic appointment in the Hospice,  you will receive a telephone call before your appointment and asked a number of COVID-19 screening questions. See our Outpatient COVID Screening info sheet for further details.

Our Wellbeing service is still currently suspended. However, our team are now running Wellbeing@Home; a digital service that provides physical, emotional, spiritual and social support through a comprehensive online programme. The programme provides education, exercise and activities to promote self-management and wellbeing. Activities offered include Tai Chi, seated exercise, mindfulness, social interaction and remote Complementary Therapy.

Outpatient staff will continue to provide telephone/virtual support and advice and signpost patients and carers to other community services provided by health, social care and other third sector agencies. If you feel like you or a loved one would benefit from our Wellbeing service, please make an enquiry today.

Healthcare professionals can make a referral here.

Usually, all sessions take place in our Outpatient Department.

We have limited availability of transport at the Hospice and request, where possible, that service users travel by their own means. If you require transport, please contact Outpatient Services.
