Pupils and staff can come and visit St Andrew’s Hospice for a guided tour.

This is always a very enlightening experience for pupils as it gives them the chance to see that their hard-earned fundraising and donations are being put to the best possible use.

The tour starts in our reception area, passing through our cafe, chapel and garden areas and ends with a tour of our education department. It will take between 30 – 45 minutes.

To protect the dignity of patients and their families, tour numbers are limited to 15 pupils at a time. If you would like to bring a group bigger than 15 pupils, we recommend splitting them into smaller groups with one group taking the tour whilst the other receives an educational talk of your choosing. For a visit like this, we anticipate that you would be at the Hospice for approximately 2 hours.
