Event for Lanarkshire School Pupils aged 14 & over and all staff members

Registration:  Pupils £5 – Staff £10

Is your school up for the Challenge to win the coveted ‘Lanarkshire Schools 6k Challenge’ cup? Well, why not put on those running shoes, stir in some school spirit and ‘do it for St. Andrew’s Hospice’.

Every year 1,000s of pupils and staff members from Lanarkshire high schools take part in this event to raise vital funds for St. Andrew’s Hospice. Participants can choose to: run, jog or walk the 6k route and can either wear their running kit or crazy fancy dress outfits. The most exciting fancy dress outfits will make appearances on our website – so get your thinking caps on for ideas!

There will be trophies & prizes for the first 3 finishers in all running categories and each participant will receive a 6k schools race congratulations medal.

Once your school has registered for this event, St. Andrew’s Hospice will issue individual registration forms to be completed by attending Staff and Pupils. These forms should be returned to the Hospice along with the registration monies to secure each participants place.
