In addition to our Outpatient clinics, we offer a range of drop in sessions for patients and/or carers which you can attend without a referral from a healthcare professional. We have limited availability of transport at the Hospice and request, where possible, that service users travel by their own means. If you require transport to attend any of our services, please contact our Outpatient Team.
